About The Owners
Aim High Marketing was founded by husband-and-wife team Bryan and Amy Lawe whose journey blends entrepreneurship, service, and a shared passion for helping businesses grow.
Bryan's entrepreneurial mindset started young and was shaped further by his service in the U.S. Marine Corps. After moving to Las Vegas, he built a career in trade shows, event marketing, and booth design. Amy, with a background in hospitality and destination management, developed her expertise in customer experience and operations.
Together, they combined their skills and, in 2005, took their first step into business ownership. What began as a small venture evolved into Aim High Marketing in 2011 — growing from direct mail into a full-service, in-house marketing and production company.
Driven by a hands-on approach and commitment to quality, Bryan and Amy have built Aim High into a true one-stop shop — expanding into printing, signage, and custom apparel while staying focused on exceptional service and real relationships.
