Aim High Marketing & Apparel ("Aim High," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at aimhighmarketing.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

We're a custom apparel company based at 2525 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 150, Henderson, NV 89052. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site — it doesn't apply to information collected offline (for example, over the phone or in our showroom) except where we say otherwise.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you request a quote, fill out a contact or pop-up store form, use our online apparel design tool, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your organization, school, or team name
• Project details — the apparel, quantities, sizes, and design notes you give us
• Any logo, artwork, or image file you upload to our design tool
• Messages you send through the chat assistant on the Site

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, links you click, the site you came from, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 3.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Make the Site work properly, including remembering your cookie choice
• Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)
• Show relevant ads and measure how well they perform (advertising)

The first time you visit, you'll see a cookie banner asking you to Accept or Reject non-essential cookies. Non-essential tools — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or our live chat assistant — do not run until you click Accept. If you click Reject, only the cookies strictly necessary to operate the Site are used.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain information with the service providers below so we can run our business and the Site:

• Google — quote and contact form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet. If we have Google Analytics or Google Ads enabled, Google also receives usage and advertising data through cookies, only after you accept cookies.
• Meta / Facebook — if we run Facebook or Instagram ads, the Meta Pixel may receive usage and advertising data through cookies, only after you accept cookies.
• Brevo — our email service provider, used to deliver quote and contact form notifications to our team.
• Formspree — processes submissions from our online apparel design tool, including your name, email, phone number, project notes, and any logo or artwork you upload.
• Vercel — our website hosting provider, which processes standard web server logs (such as IP address) to deliver the Site to your browser.
• Our live chat assistant provider — if you choose to chat with us through the chat bubble on the Site, your messages are processed by our third-party chat provider so we can respond to you.
• Valor PayTech — if you pay an invoice through our secure payment link, your payment details are processed directly by Valor PayTech. We do not receive or store your card information.

We may also share information to comply with a law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aim High, our customers, or others; or if our business is sold or transferred, in which case this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information.

• Respond to your quote requests and questions
• Create design mockups and produce your apparel order
• Communicate with you about your order
• Send marketing messages, if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
• Understand and improve how visitors use the Site
• Show and measure the performance of our ads, once you've accepted cookies
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse of the Site
• Comply with our legal obligations

6. Your Privacy Rights

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we've collected about you and why
• Request a copy or deletion of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information — we don't sell personal information for money; the cookie banner lets you opt out of "sharing" for advertising purposes
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Nevada residents

Under Nevada law (NRS 603A), you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit a request using the contact information in Section 12, and we will honor it.

The Site is intended for businesses, schools, sports teams, and other organizations, and isn't directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, fulfill an order, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal and tax obligations.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites we don't control, including our partner pop-up stores (hosted on itemorder.com) and our secure payment portal. This Privacy Policy doesn't apply to those sites — please review their privacy policies separately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
