These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at aimhighmarketing.com (the "Site"), operated by Aim High Marketing & Apparel ("Aim High," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Aim High and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What This Site Does

The Site shares information about our custom apparel services (screen printing, embroidery, and related decoration), lets you browse a catalog of blank apparel, and lets you submit a design or request a quote. The Site is not an online checkout — orders, final pricing, proofs, and production timelines are confirmed directly with a member of our team by phone, email, or in person before any order is produced.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Orders

• Prices shown on the Site are estimates only and may vary based on quantity, design complexity, garment selection, and current costs.
• A quote is not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed only once you approve a final price, design proof, and delivery timeline with our team.
• Turnaround times mentioned on the Site (e.g., "5–7 business days") begin after you approve your design proof and are estimates, not guarantees.
• Payment terms are arranged directly with our team. If you pay an invoice online, you'll be redirected to our secure third-party payment processor, Valor PayTech — we do not collect or store your card information.

4. Submitted Artwork & Designs

When you upload a logo, artwork, or design file — including through our online design tool — you confirm that:

• You own the rights to that artwork, or have permission from the rights holder to use it, and
• You give us permission to reproduce and modify it (for example, resizing or recoloring for production) solely to produce your order.

You're responsible for making sure any artwork you submit doesn't infringe someone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights. We reserve the right to decline to print any design, including designs that are illegal, infringing, or that we determine to be offensive or inappropriate.

5. Our Content

Everything else on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the Aim High name and branding — is owned by Aim High or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the Site's functioning, including introducing malware or overloading our servers
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site using automated tools, except as permitted by our robots.txt

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

The Site uses or links to third-party tools we don't fully control, including a live chat assistant, an online design tool, partner pop-up stores (hosted on itemorder.com), and a secure payment portal. Your use of those tools may also be subject to that provider's own terms. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or tools.

8. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate — for example, product images and color swatches are representative and may vary slightly from the finished product.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aim High is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aim High harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your submitted artwork, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
